Lynne Harkin

Account Manager

Lynne is a proven marketing expert with a knack for strategy, data, and connection. She comes from a marketing agency background with experience in managing many aspects of marketing for small businesses. She is a strong believer that a well-developed strategy supported by data and in-depth knowledge of what makes each individual business tick is the key to success. 

While the constant flux in marketing trends and the fast pace of agency work might be a deterrent for many, Lynne thrives in the ever-changing, bustling world of digital marketing. She’s always up for a challenge and strives to connect and truly understand her clients’ businesses so she can identify the best path to successfully reaching their marketing goals. 

Lynne’s words of wisdom from Jana Kingsford are ones everyone should hear at least once in their life (and be reminded of frequently): “Balance is not something you find, it’s something you create.” When not at work, you can catch Lynne catching up on the most recent podcast of SmartLess or Crime Junkie. Or, more likely, you’ll find her outside hiking, boating, skiing, enjoying Pilates, or cheering on her three sons as they play the sports they love. Fun fact about Lynne: She has been to 31/63 US National Parks and took a mule trip to the bottom of the Grand Canyon.

Jd Dawley

Senior UX Designer + Developer

Jd brings over 15 years of expertise in designing and developing websites to his role as Senior UX Designer + Developer at Beacon Media + Marketing. His extensive experience spans projects of all sizes, from small 3-page sites to complex 200-page websites, catering to a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies and tech startups. Jd’s academic background in Psychology, combined with a Master’s degree in New Media Marketing, provides a solid foundation in understanding user behavior and crafting intuitive digital experiences. Jd is dedicated to creating innovative, user-friendly web solutions that drive engagement and success.

When asked about his favorite part of working at Beacon, Jd shared, “the amazing people that leadership has brought together under one… remote roof.” With his top two Clifton Strengths categories being relationship building and influencing, Jd’s passion for helping others, both clients and team members alike, comes as no surprise. Jd highly values connection and it shows in everything he does.

Sal Malisita

Junior Web Developer

Continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation are a few of the values that drive Junior Web Developer, Sal Malisita. Sal’s passion for creative problem solving has led him to a diverse set of web skills, including pursuing his Masters in Human-computer Interaction. His goal is to blend his technical experience with a deeper understanding of user experience.

Diverse experiences permeate all facets of Sal’s life, as an avid traveler, you’ll find him experiencing cultures and cuisines from around the world and soaking in the opportunity to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Sal says, “I am passionate about my work and always strive for excellence in everything I do.” Whether it’s exploring new musical genres to fuel his day, shooting a few hoops with friends, or investigating new technology he can incorporate into web development, Sal will always embrace a challenge and rise to the occasion!

Andrew Herrick

Listing Services Assistant

Beacon Media + Marketing is thrilled to announce the addition of Andrew Herrick to our team. Andrew, who is currently completing his degree in Business, has joined us as an Listing Services Assistant, providing valuable support across multiple departments.

Andrew is a dynamic team player who deeply values collaboration, aligning perfectly with one of Beacon’s core values. An avid baseball player at his college, he is constantly seeking ways to enhance both his personal and professional skills. A lover of the outdoors, Andrew enjoys exploring the lake on his boat in his free time.

Inspired by Babe Ruth’s famous words, “Don’t let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game,” Andrew approaches every project with determination and a commitment to excellence. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to his continued growth and contributions as he completes his education.

Kaya Reynolds

Systems & Project Coordinator

Kaya, the charming Midwesterner who has an eye for all things creative, can be found behind her camera, out thrifting, playing the piano, or snuggled up with a delicious mug of hot chocolate.

Kaya has a degree in Communication Studies and Advertising and has found her niche here at Beacon as our Systems and Project Coordinator. Kaya has a love for games and puzzles which is a perfect trait to have in managing the multitude of moving pieces of a busy, thriving agency. She takes a holistic approach to life and translates that into how she views the challenges and needs of her coworkers.

Kaya is the ultimate board-game enthusiast! Her game closet boasts over 400 options to choose from and never fails to liven up a fun family night at home because she will often rouse up a lively game with her husband and kids.
